Once upon a summer, little old me picked up a job at JCPenney. During my employment, they pushed their "JCPenney Credit Cards" like crazy. I thought it was obnoxious, so I made a small game about it. It proceeded to devolve into madness. I present to you:
Horror game analysis?
I had a college assignment that asked me to comment on a game that subverted player expectations, and chose to play through Doki Doki Literature Club. If you are unaware, Doki Doki is a psychological horror game disguised as an anime dating sim. The assignment asked me to write a reply of about 200 words, but it seems I got a bit carried away.
